By using our website or booking services, you agree to follow all policies listed here. Dates are secured only after both a deposit and signed contract are received.
3.2 Payments
All deposits are non-refundable. Wedding/event payment plans are available. Payments must be submitted by the deadlines stated in your contract. Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, debit/credit cards.
3.3 Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply for events or sessions outside Santa Clarita, including mileage, fuel charges, or overnight accommodations when required.
3.4 Communication
Clients agree to maintain respectful and timely communication through email, text, calls, or contracted platforms. Harassment or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination of services.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4.2 Client Cancellations
If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited. Additional payments may be transferred to a new date if available. No-shows for photography sessions forfeit all payments made.
4.3 AMA Cancellations
If AMA must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund, credit transfer, or a replacement photographer/coordinator when possible.
5. Media Release Agreement
Unless you sign a No-Release form, you grant AMA permission to use approved images or videos for marketing, website galleries, social media, print materials, portfolios, or promotional projects. You may choose Full Release, Limited Release, or No Release.
6. Disclaimers
AMA is not responsible for weather-related issues, vendor failures outside our control, client delays, Acts of God, personal item loss, injuries during sessions/events, or technical issues involving third-party platforms.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website contains links to external websites such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, photographers, and vendor partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services and website are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without consent.
