Travel Policy: All packages include travel within Santa Clarita city limits (~10 mi). Beyond that, travel fees apply based on $7.00/gal gas pricing: mileage charge of $0.65/mi plus fuel cost. Overnight stays (e.g. destination or extended events) require hotel reimbursement at minimum $300/night. Air travel, accommodations, and meals billed at actual cost—typical flights + stay estimated between $1,000–$3,000+ depending on location.
Photo Booth Packages
Standard backdrops are black or white. Custom backdrops are an additional $50. Prints are always optional and billed at $50 per 100.
Portrait Lounge Packages
Furniture rental is always a separate cost. Client may handle rentals or I can coordinate at actual vendor cost.
Movie Screen & Projector Packages

“I used Sam’s photo lounge and day-of coordinator services for my wedding and it turned out great. Everyone just loved the photo lounge idea rather than a photo booth. I set up furniture and she used her high tech equipment to round it up. It was superb.
As for coordinator service, Sam was the greatest. I planned my wedding, but she helped with the little details that i never thought of. She also helped out with reaching out to my vendors. Since she was my point of contact for the wedding, she had introduced herself to them so nothing goes amiss. She helped me set up the venue, too.
